I'm considering on going to the eelpout festival this year and I've never been there. Do most people bring permanent houses to fish and sleep in, or do a lot of people get hotel rooms? Would it be wise to go up Thursday instead of Friday? I'd be happy to hear any information that may be usesful along with any stories- if you can remember them.
