opinion on a fishhouse

ive been wanting a bigger fish house and have been doing some checking and was gonna wait till summer or fall to buy one but i found one i really like but not sure if its a good deal or not so heres the description and its an 8x16

Ice Castle siding, Rubber roof, 4 Rattle wheels, 4 Burner stove/oven, Stereo & Speakers, 5 12V lights on ceiling, 3 windows, Diamond Plate Stone Guard Front & Back, Theft Proof hitch, Drop hitch, Propane heater 20,000 BTU Vented, 100 Lbs Propane tank.

the price is 4600 right now and was wondering what u thought any opinions greatly appreciated

If the frame is good I don't think you will find a better deal than that. Almost sounds too low of a price to me but who knows? Did the seller say why they are getting rid of it? If it checks out I would say buy it. Just my opinion though as I have not seen the house myself.

What year is it? sounds like its pretty well set up. The fram would be the one thing to watch out for. I just sold a 2006 icer castle 6 x 14 for $3700, and it only had forced air and two bunks, none of the other accessories. So i would say jump on that.

Sounds like a good deal, but make sure the spindles etc are not bent. Also check the welds and the solid axle bar to make sure everything has held up.

The only thing bad, that I hear about the ice castle is some of the workmanship and make sure that it does not have an angle iron frame on the trailer. You want a square tubing frame. Other than that now is the time to buy.

I don't recall seeing an Ice Castle with a rubber roof.

I think he is saying that only the siding is from Ice Castle.

Check out Profishouses on Hwy 25 in Watertown,Mn.They have a Great product.No axel bending issues,sturdy frames ect,ect...you get what you pay for!c63
