Reconditioned??

Okay I couldnt find the previous post about this topic but Are reconditioned Trolling motors worth taking a look at?? Are there any warrenties and or restrictions I should Beware of If I buy one?? I fish hardcore and im wondering If its worth savign a few bucks or If I should get brand new?? I fish every day every other day. Still debating on bow or transom mounts. I cast more than I backtroll but Usually im anchored on a known spot while casting. Any help?? thanks guys..

BB There just as good as new,But if I remember right the Warrenty is less time.I've had mine for UMM I'm gettin old I think 6yrs I run it most every day it does'nt rain and its yet fine! It'll go in this week and come out in mid sept.Just like every year I have it.

I have a reconditioned Motor Guide I used got lat summer and have had no problems. I on the water 4-5 days a week. I think the warrenties are just as good, if you don't like the deal just don't do it.
