maros91
I am planning a trip possibly out West and am wondering what the farmers think about Antelope. When I was hunting Mule Deer in Wyoming the ranchers just hated them buggers because when they ran into or through their fence the fence would get wrecked. Ranchers had no problem with outstate hunters hunting their property for Antelope and am wondering if Montana was the same?
mjhowe
There are hundreds of thousands of acres of block management in MT, the state pays the landowners to allow people to hunt....do a search for MT fish wildlife and parks and follow the links to block management. It will show you how to get info on places where you will be hunting. Non residents have been paying for the bulk of it since its inception...so you might as well take advantage of it...and thank you!

iffwalleyes
Most farmers and ranchers hate them. At least in SD and ND where I hunted them. I am sure MT is much the same. But the also is the block land that was mentioned a little more pressure on public land but obviously it is easy to get on.
