Red X (Picture)

Lately some (not all) of the pictures that I see have a red x. It is even with pictures that I have posted. Is there a setting that I have to adjust? How can I fix this? thanks for your help.

Are you using internet explorer? What version? I'd start by going into Tools, Internet Options and then restoring all your default settings. Also clear cookies and delete any temporary internet files.
