kb1965
My floor on my 24' camper is getting soft by the door. How does one go about repairing it? Are these built similar to houses with joist going across the main frame?Kevin
0 bbqhead
first thing is to find where the water is coming in.unless it has a enclosed underbelly you should be ableto see what floor system you have by looking under thetrailer. then you can cut out the bad stuff and relacewith the same thickness with marine plywood. then you haveto decide what you want to do with the floor covering.if you have lino you can just cover the new with carpetand use transition strips. many ways to do this project.randy aka bbqhead

0 bbqhead
i should have asked what year and brand of trailer..most of the newer trailers have steel trusses.if you want to call me my # is 651-387-6358.easier to explain on the phone than typing.randy aka bbqhead
