Red Dot Sights

I'm thinking of trying a red dot scope on my turkey gun. Have any of you had experience with these? Do they hold up to shotgun recoil?

Several of hte guys I hunt with have used them. Some still do and wouldn't switch for anything in the world. Others have moved to low magnification shotgun scopes. It's all about what will work for you.

Will they hold up to shotgun recoil? Well you generally get what you pay for with the red dots as well. The cheap ones often fail due to recoil issues.

I'm an open sight guy myself for turkey hunting. It's just what I like and it works for me.
