1999 115 Evinrude 2 stroke.... when I run her at higher speeds for an extended period of time the overheat alarm comes on and I have shut her down for about 15 minutes to cool down. It seems it only happens when running on real smooth water. Any expert advise? Do you think that it could be the impeller? Or maybe the temperature sending unit? It seems to always [PoorWordUsage] out a good stream of water. Any advice would be appreciated.
