Most overrated drivers

I like Jr. but can't disagree one bit. What we have seen from he and his team so far this season is simply embarassing. I've seen boneheaded driving blunders I haven't seen out of him before, I've seen enough pit road mistakes for 5 seasons, and every week I get to see his car start a race crappy, get good in the middle of the race, and then the last third of the race watch his car go to complete garbage and he ends up with a 20+ place finish.

It seems like very race so far this season, there is one point in the race where I simply stare at the TV in disbelief that they allowed another self-imposed blunder ruin their day. Everyone on that team needs to get their heads of of their a.....! That being said, I do believe Eury Jr. needs way more help and guidance regarding car adjustments than he is getting. BUT, if he needs that much help he probably shouldn't be the crew chief.
