Just was at Walmart in Eagan. Had a 2 pack of the retractable Transom Tie-Downs...reg price 46.00 on sale for 9.00. After I bought 1, 3 are left. They adjust to 40".

where in the store are they? in clearance isle or boat supplies isle?

They are gone at the Apple Valley Store. They were in the boat clearance area. I would check both clearance areas to see if they moved them.
