The last 3 weekends were spent butchering hogs and processing.
I finally made my first batch of pepperoni, tried something different and cut loins on one into rib roasts, made bacon and buckboard bacon for the first time as well.
Fun but tiring

Obviously it didn’t work out for me today. Had a buddy that needed some help so I stayed on dry land. Till tonight anyway when I did get him and his boy on the water for a couple hours.
