Has anyone tried these programs where you buy properties at so called low prices and in turn sell it for huge profits? The latest one I saw was federal tax sale of homes for pennies on the dollar. If these programs are so good and foolproof we should all be doing it making thousands of dollars and quit our jobs. I'm sure there are some realtors in this forum that could shed some light on these programs. Or are there any that has tried the programs and want to share their successes or failures.

If it is such a lucrative business opportunity, why are they telling others about it? They make their money off gullible people buying their talk! It is a total SCAM. For every person that makes a few $'s, there are many, many people that lose a lot of hard earned cash. Just my 3 cents!
