nerdsbro
does either lake masters or navionics chips show depth and structure on low
Fish&Fowl
Navionics premium North chip has awesome detail of both the U.S. and Canadian side of LOW. Also has both sides of Rainy and a ton of other smaller lakes in great detail.
Shorelunch
For now, Navionics has the only chip with the Canadian side of LOW. It's not a bad chip, but is a little "off" structure for me (with the correct datum set).
nerdsbro
thanks for the info, i have the navionics premium canada chip and has very little island detail and no depth markings?
joro
Nerdsbro, LakeMaster will be coming out with a new complete LOW map chip at two foot intervals before the open water season starts this Spring. They spent last summer on a hovercraft mapping the entire lake. I can't wait for this map.
Eastwind
So that is why that little white hover craft was zooming around in Miles Bay last August, eh?
Fish Head
All things being equal, I prefer the Lakemaster chips. They load faster and zoom in farther.
