Big Buddy quick connect hose Good or Bad?

Just got a Big Buddy heater and after draining a couple of 1 pounders in record time, it's time to hook up a hose to a bigger tank.

Anybody have advice on whether to buy the standard threaded hose hookup or the quick connect? Thanks

I bought the QC hose, and it seems to work fine. The nice thing is no more fumbling with the threads with cold hands.

The link below should answer any questions you may have on hoses. I recently switched to the quick connect and greatly prefer it over the threaded end hose. The initial purge of the new hose will take a while, but you'll be good to go after that.
