Best size for catfish?

anyone know what the ideal size for a channel catfish for maximum deliciousness?

I think the standard for farm raised is 1 1/4 lbs. I'd say from there to 3 lbs wild fish taste pretty good.

Just about any size is delicious (2 to 20 or so) if you trim the meat down to WHITE MEAT ONLY. Trim out any thing that is not white. Love that catfish family!
