Happy Belated!

This may be a record late Birthday greeting! Sorry was out chasing Elk in Utah in the -30 degree weather....and just unthawed my fingers!

It is going to be tasty! I've had the quarters in the basement for two days unthawing.....fire up the heater in the garage and butcher them up tonight.......Elk steaks on the grill!

Thanks to mother nature and her -30 degree days I don't! The digital camera batteries don't last long at those temps, so I don't personally. A few other guys in the group have some, so I'm at their mercy for pics!

I could get some pics of the steaks on the grill.......that is the best picture anyway!
