PierBridge Posted January 10, 2007 Share Posted January 10, 2007 I like to boil in a 2 quart sauce pan usually with water. Anyway I'll cut along the spine basically the back straps. I'll then cut them into 2 inch chunks throw them in add a little salt and a Dash of milk about 4 minutes is right. Then I'll melt some butter........hmmmmmmm...... Poor mans Lobster...
