Enemy Swin and Pickeral lakes

Looking for current fishing and ice reports for these lakes. Going to try to make it out that way this week. Wondering if i need to bring the atv or if trucks be being driven on the lakes.

I just posted in the Waubay topic. No luck on Bitter, but the ice was 13-15 and pretty decent.

Few trucks out driving on there, but we just took the atv out.

Was out there from thurs-sun. Trucks pretty much driving everywhere but a lot of us used the wheelers some of the time too. Alot of ice heaves so be carefull. Did pretty good on pickeral for crappies and eyes. Checked out enemy but just caught small sunnies and the perch bite on waubay was short but furious. Picked up a few nice northerns on tipups througout. Had a great time. Great freinds and Good fishing. Have fun and good luck!

AAAH! The tea! Moderation is the key. I'm not sure I'm into blizzard fishing though! I'll send you a message and yes we have to go again. And to the question of ice it was from 12-15in.

Was is snowing? I did notice a slight breeze when we were trying to find the truck!!! It was one to remember, dang good thing we got fish or we would have never heard the end of it!

My best advise to anyone going up there is to make sure you have lots of auger gas and eventually you will find fish....usually!?!?
