Explorer and new Lakemaster chip

I received these 2 for X-mas and when you load the chip into the Explorer and turn on unit says map will be displayed automatically. When I turn unit on I can't get it to display the map. do I need to do another download to display? All I can get is the compass etc.

Have you hit the "Pages" key. This should scroll through several different screens, the map being one of them.
