pulled mine out a few years ago with 2 wheelers. run the winches all the way out, drill a hole and anchor the winches. tie the house to the back of the wheeler and let the winches do the work!! go slow and let the water run out as you go. didn't even do any damage to my house, sat it up, pulled the carpet and started fishing in new holes!!!
