Iowa Cats

Anyone hear how Iowa has been doing for cats so far this spring? I see their temps in central Iowa have been in the upper 70's during the day and mid 50's for the lows.

I am thinking about planning a trip down there in Early May.

I haven't heard anything but am wondering where you were thinking of heading.
I passed over the Cedar River a few times on my way to MO to pick up my new River Pro and it looked very inviting.I was thinking about trying it sometime.

I was thinking the Cedar in or around Cedar Rapids, or the Big Souix. Never been there so don't even know what to expect. I was checking the current river levels and they seem to be much like the rivers up here...LOW. avg 5-7 feet.

Was reading some IA magazines and it sounds like the Cedar is a great flathead river.

If the Cedar peaked your interest that much, maybe we should plan a trip down that way.

I have always wanted to try sunfish for bait In IA I can finally do that
