Smoker question

Anyone ever used a Brinkman smoker (charcoal) in the winter? Have a foil blanket for summer use but might need additional containment to get the job done.

yep and yep! they dont hold heat well!

water heater blankets are suppose to work

well, havent had time to try it yet though.

do a google search for brinkman mods.

there are some good sites that will help tighten

it up to reduce heat loss.
