Looking for game farms south of the metro area.

Does anyone know of any game farms or preserves that are south of the twin cities area? I would like to do some more work with the dog next year and am looking for somewhere to go!

Traxlers game farm just east of Le Center and Caribou Cun Club between Le Sueur and Le Center. I am sure there are more but those are the ones I am awaire of.

When I lived down south I was a member out at Caribou and spent a lot of time working my young dogs there. It's a nice operation and fairly priced.

there is one in miesville off hwy 50 the best part is no membership and i think you only pay for the birds. there is another one in pine island i have used this one when my pup was young it was $50 for 4 birds 2 hens and 2 roosters that are planted in his puppy field. you do not have to be a member to use the puppy field but, to do a regular hunt you have to be a member.

There is a new one in between Faribault and Northfield, called Shooters Ridge. I think it just opened last year.

I don't know much about it, but they advertised in Outdoor News a while back. The ad said they have Pheasants, Chukar and Quail. No membership fees.

Being from Owatonna, it would be close to home.
