esox49
Does anyone know of any game farms or preserves that are south of the twin cities area? I would like to do some more work with the dog next year and am looking for somewhere to go!

charliepete2
When I lived down south I was a member out at Caribou and spent a lot of time working my young dogs there. It's a nice operation and fairly priced.
fish2live
there is one in miesville off hwy 50 the best part is no membership and i think you only pay for the birds. there is another one in pine island i have used this one when my pup was young it was $50 for 4 birds 2 hens and 2 roosters that are planted in his puppy field. you do not have to be a member to use the puppy field but, to do a regular hunt you have to be a member. Greybeard53
There is a new one in between Faribault and Northfield, called Shooters Ridge. I think it just opened last year.I don't know much about it, but they advertised in Outdoor News a while back. The ad said they have Pheasants, Chukar and Quail. No membership fees. Being from Owatonna, it would be close to home. If you try it out, please post a review. I'd like to know more about it.
