Ok. I made some last year and tried it without promising results so it sits in the garage rafters. Why may I ask?

When I did mine I went to Fleet Farm and picked up a bunch of their Xmas garland. I have both the strait kind and some that looks like it has little branches coming off of it. I used some decoy anchors at the bottom and cut up some old swimming "noodles" for floats. The whole system works well but I can't say if it holds fish better with it or without it. It's pretty green but I believe fish see in black and white so I don't know if that's and issue or not. I'll try and get a little more feedback from it this year.
