One last duck hunt...

Sunday was my last opportunity to hunt ducks for the year. Besides the fact that the ground was froze and our spinners were constantly falling over, we still managed to scrape up a few. I learned to never forget a hammer to pound your spinner in late season. I spotted a rock in the ground that I could use as a hammer...well, I tried to use my spinner pole to pry it out. BAD MOVE! I peeled the pointed edge right over.

Rost, glad to see you got into the greenheads on more time. The latest part of the season is awesome for mallards in the feild. congrats on some nice birds.
