MR Buddy Heater

My wife recently purchased me a Mr Buddy heater and I was wondering if it will throw off enough heat in a two man flip style house or should I exchange it for a Big Buddy.

Your probably going to need more heat at some point but it does depends on the house, for the most part my Fishtrap Guide which is on the smaller end of 2 man traps stayed pretty warm with the Buddy unless it was 5-10 below then it was not enough, wind and banking play factor also.

I carry a Mr Heater "cooker" for back up you could do the same or get the Big Buddy.

Not to steal your post, but I had the same question...Would a buddy be enough for the Shappell 4000? I have fished two guys in a 3000, and the buddy was plenty for us. Granted, it was fairly decent out...Wind can definitely be a factor though, I totally agree. I'm thinking maybe one guy in the 4000 would need the Big Buddy???

I have a buddy for my fish trap pro and it works great untill it gets below zero.With anything larger i would go to a big buddy. Granted the Shappell has floor it just may work for you. Also if your useing a lanntern take into consideration the amount of heat they give off. You can always open a vent if it gets to hot.
