beef liver?

Would beef liver be a good cut bait?

Some people use it but chicken or turkey is better... use chicken and wrap sewing thread around it and the hook to keep it on... great for smaller cats...

Ya, beef liver is not near as good as chicken.
Another trick to keep it on the hook good is wrap it in a small piece of pantyhose,then put her on the hook.
Change the liver when its start getting white.
Great bait for smaller,eater sized channels.

Ya know that would prob work great with circle hooks... wrap the liver in phose and just hook a bit of it like you do with cut bait...
