Iceing Walleyes with an underwater camera?

Recommended Posts

This summer they seemed to have no problems with the cmera but i get nervous with winter use.. Probably abouta week ago a had an eye come in and i think i was text messaging but my camera was down and the eye definetly bit hard.. i recall using it last year on lake vermillion (winter) and seeing the eyes glowing and coming in but never got any bites i dont think when it was down.. Kind of an iffy issue

I was out on Mille Lacs with a fish camera and was using a jigging rap and had all kind of walleyes come up to the lure and hit it. Know those walleyes could have been aggressive(hitting a swimming lure) and not noticed the camera but it didn't seem to make a difference. Had one come up and look at the camera but it didn't seem like he cared. It was all during the day and wasn't using the lights so don't know if it makes a difference.
