walleyemkr
Anyone have a suggestion for a 'simple' preparation for a couple of snow goose breasts that I have? I only have the breasts from one bird, so looking for a marinade idea and approximate grilling time if possible (versus a crockpot recipe, for example)... Thanks!!! huntnfish
Like some of the venison recipes here, I have heard of people slicing them open and stuffing them with jalepenos and wrapping them in bacon. I don't know how long they would have to be on the grill, but I would make sure that they weren't overcooked. I have never tried it but it sounds good. Usually our group just makes jerky out of our snows in the spring. I would think that any venison recipe would be good for those breasts also.
