I hunt Kandiyohi County and the Willmar paper reported this year's gun season harvest in Kandiyohi County was a substantial increase over last year's - especially in the first weekend, where it went from 4,000 plus to 6,000 plus. And I see that the DNR is claiming this could be a top five year in terms of state harvest numbers.

But personally hardly heard a shot fired either weekend of our gun seasons? And I've heard a lot of people on the board commenting how slow it was in their areas?

Anyone feel like sharing what the overall gun season harvest was like in your county, region, or area - meaning numbers reported by the DNR in the local newspapers, etc.?
