I have one those keg roasters you put on a outdoor burner( turkey fryer)to do the beer can turkey And I have not used it in a couple of years and will be going back to it this year to cook one of my turkeys on but can not find any guide for cooking time on their HSOforum only cooking temp. Any help or Ideas.
