How to add a picture

Can anyone steer me in the right direction on how to add a picture under my name. I know there were some posts a while back, but I can't find them. Thanks

Go to My home, click on personal info, and at the bottom put in a url to a pic posted on the web. To get the url right clich on a web based pic and click properties. There should be an address listed there. If you want your own picture you will have to post it on the web on a page like photobucket.
