chiroeye
Everyone has their favorite restaurant foods, but does anyone have the recipes for those dishes? Heres my favorite recipe from Red Lobster and their famous cheese bisquits, they go great with fried fish.RED LOBSTER CHEESY BISQUITS2 Cups Bisquick1 Cup Milk1 Cup shredded cheese(chedder or colbyjack)1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp garlic salt1 tsp butter(melted)Mix together Bisquick, Milk, Cheese, and garlic powder,(you may have to add more milk or bisquick to get the right consistency. The dough shouldn't be too runny, it should keep its shape when you put it on the pan.) Make small bisquit shaped balls, about 1/3c in size, and put on a greased pan. Brush butter and garlic salt mixture on top of bisquits and place in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Remove from oven and again brush with garlic salt/butter mixture and serve! Now, does anyone else have any good restaurant recipes?
MN Mike
Load up the paper in the printer, make sure you have enough ink and do a search on google for copycat recipes, tons of them out there. Good luck........ Mike [This message has been edited by MN Mike (edited 02-24-2004).]
