Roast marinades


Recommended Posts

1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. Hickory smoke salt
1/2 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 T. Olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. spicy barbeque sauce. I like Ken davis bold and spicy.

Mix together in a ziploc bag. Add meat and put in fridge overnight if possible. Can be done right away too, but overnight is better.
