New Yankee
I'll second Redhead, but I've never butterflyed them, just soak them in milk or italian dressing for an hour or two prior, wrap in bacon, secure w/a tooth pick and grill them until the bacon is medium done and eat! SilverLakeBoy
Ah yes, good old sportsmans gravy. Or you could really go nuts and use the "Golden Mushroom Soup"

Tyler Holm
I cut those massive breasts in half or even thirds. Then damp them and put roll them in flour. Next put them in the hot fry pan and fry them in butter. Season to you liking, but I use lots of salts, Lawery's, lemon flavoring, etc...Simply brown them, but don't overcook the meat. They cook in a few minutes. Then I put them in the crock pot with some Cream of Mushroom and some Cream of Chicken. Rock that on low for a few hours. The longer the more tender they become. Then I boil a few helpings of noodles and then spoon the dove alfredo over the noodles.
