Well..It's about that time of year and i'm always looking for new ways to eat my venison since it's all I eat starting shortly here. So let it fly........

Keep it simple ...

Nothing like back straps sliced about 1" thick thrown on the charcoal grill... worth every bit of absorbing a little of the wind chill factor.

Personally, my favorite is just frying steaks in a pan with some olive oil and a LOT of sliced red onion, sal, and pepper...mmmmm...can't wait!
