Rainbow Trout recipies

Hello there, I'm looking for some good rainbow trout recipies, I am planning on baking them in the oven or making them on the grill, they sure are fun to catch, now lets see how good they can taste, thanks

Look at the easy (I can't even screw it up) way I cook 'bows on the diabetic thread in this forum. It gives you time to either catch up on fluids or prepare other chow while it cooks.

I've got an awesome recipe for smoking them in your oven!!!! I tried it last winter and one of my buddies that makes awesome smoked fish, couldn't believe I made it in the oven!! I'll look for the recipe and post it on this thread, otherwise do a seach for "smoked fish" and do some web surfing!!
