Can I still purchase my liscense w/o my driver liscense I.D.

Just lost my drivers liscense ID this last weekend. Can i still go get my sportsmans liscense and my stamps w/o it?

I have purchased hunting licenses with just my DNR number from any Minnesota license.

hey slick2526 I just bought my hunting license and I dont have D.L. Either I just used my ELS# that was on my fishing license. Had no problems with it at all.
