Fig Rods

I have been looking at these for the last year and they seem like a pretty nice rod. I talked to a rep at Reeds today and he of course said they were awesome. Said he used to use IMX rods and switched to these and doesn't feel he gave up a thing. Now to me that seems like kind of a salesman line but I will say they were very light and seem like they are a nice rod with some neat features built in. Just wondering if any one has used these and what their thoughs are on them.

They arent bad rods for the money but the quality control isnt there. I went threw a rack of their rods and out of about 10 rods I looked at only 4 had all the guides on straight. They used to be made in Grand Rapids I think but have since had a company building them for them from what I was told.
