hoggs222
How do you get rid of these? My mom is becoming a hunter of voles. Would the Grub X work for these too? Not sure if they eat grubs or not.
LABS4ME
I think they would be easier to trap, I know mouse poison kills them, but you need to worry about pets then. We worked at a townhome development that had a real vole problem but wouldn't let any poison to be used. We ended up cutting up package after package of Wrigley's Spearmint gum into tiny squares and spreading them throughout the plants... Luck? Coincidence? I don't know, but problem solved! They did not have any more plant damage. We were told that they are attracted to the gum and eat too much of it, thus causing them to be plugged... not sure if it's a wives tale or not, or if nature took it's course, but they basically were gone by the following spring.Good Luck!Ken
echotrail
I've always had pretty good results flooding them out with a garden hose. I use a ice scraper and section off the run every two feet or so and flood the run til the little bugger has to come up for air (no mercy at this point).
