Guest Posted November 18, 2002 Share Posted November 18, 2002 I have made "Country Style" seasoned vension ring sausage in the past but cannot remember how long to "smoke" the rings or how to tell when they have been smoked enough in the smoker.Anyone able to share their experiences in making Venison ring sausage and then smoking them in a smoker?????
