I am so very sorry to hear this and so sorry for the loss of Chamois. She was beautiful companion. We will always miss the dogs we have lost. Unfortunately we lost both of our dogs just 6 days apart in November. -

I sent in one of my 6600 reels that I bought last spring for some warranty work and got it back today.WOW, it was gone for 5 days which included the weekend and shipping to and fro and the repair.They have a customer for a long time.
