Shorelunch
I was lucky enough to get a couple of birds over the weekend am I'm looking for a new way to cook pheasant (besides cream of mushroom soup and over wild rice). Thank you!
Twitter
Here's one that's easy and tasty on a cold windy day. I've frozen leftovers and had them heated in the fish house before. Try Lipton onion soup mix and some baby carrots with the pheasant done in a crock pot. Use half the amount of water the soup calls for. Cook on low until the meat falls off the bone. Pull the bones out and serve the soup/stew with sour dough bread.
Flash
One of my favorites is Pheasant Chow Mein. If you can find a Chow Mein recipe, just substitute the pheasant for the other meat you would use.Flash
