Its almost time for early goose!! I am starting to see some local flocks flying around and feeding. Just the other night we saw about forty of geese on the rainy river, and downstream towards baudette a buddy saw even more. I can't wait, I think it will be a good year!

can't even wait...we're totally ready to go at this point which is unusual...usually have some kind of project we're working on.

now my dilemma is should i hunt geese or doves???

darn it considering you cant have lead shot in possession if you are hunting geese ??? or am i wrong

i couldnt hunt doves then just start hunting geese??

You can't have lead in posession when waterfowl hunting. It may be a little more spendy but why not shoot doves with steel?
