Maryjl
Hi Dark30,I was almost raised on the stuff. Well every Thankgiving and Christmas that is. A couple years ago I cooked it for my brother when he came home for Christmas. Its really simple now a days. Just poach it in a little water and butter. It doesn't take very long to cook. We always took a peice of lefsa mashed some boiled potates on top of that and then the lutefisk on top of that butter salt and pepper. Roll it up and eat. Good Luck and Merry Christmas. <><Mary><>
DARK30
DOES ANYONE PLAN ON A TASTE OF THIS FISHY DELIGHT FOR THE HOLIDAYS? MY WIFES DAD DOES HIS IN THE MICROWAVE AND IT COMES OUT REAL GOOD! ADD SALT,PEPPER, AND BUTTER. ANY OTHER WAYS TO SWALLOW THIS STUFF? I WONDER IF COOKING IT IN A BOOT WOULD WORK? WET NETS! ------------------cast,cast,cast,cast......
