hooking up depthfinder to US trolling motor?

I have an m68 that I want to use with my power drive. I understand that I need to purchase an adapter cable to link them together, but was wondering if the one connection will power the m68 as well as send the sonar information to the unit from the transducer?

No, you will need to hook the unit up to a power source with the power cord supplied with your m68.

The m68 is from the ice machine package and the power and transducer cables run to the same plug in on the unit. There are two different plug ins on the back of unit however, but there was'nt another cable supplied. Do I need to get a powercable that attaches to the two wires at the bow to power the unit?

Yes, this is what you will need to do... get another power cable or rewire the one on your ice pack.
