I cought some pout on Leech and I was wondering how to cook them. I know that it is good to boil them but I dont know how.

i just fillet off the back strap meat and use shore lunch and deep fry them. mmmmmmmm tasty

I boil them in 7Up and dip in melted butter.

Insanely good....
