one goal finally reached

I bass fish a few days a week. I am fairly stubborn with what I throw at 'em. Pretty much stick to any type of plastic--jerk baits, worms, tubes, senko-types, blah, blah, blah.. I found a mid lake rock pile about 7ft deep surrounded by 17ft of water. I have heard the praises of the jig and pig over the years. I finally stuck one on. After a few casts, I had a couple of odd taps that felt like a sunny on a plastic worm. I set the hook and landed a fat 19.5 in large mouth. Caught a few more in the 13-16in. range. Who knows maybe I'll even dust off a spinnerbait sometime in the future,too. It's nice to get out the comfort zone or rut with the lures once in a while. Go Twins

now that i read it it confuses me to, i think i meant to say u think that you can catch fish in your comfort zone but you end up catching fish in a different tecnique
