1986 115HP Merc No Spark

Got a 1986 115HP Merc that runs rough and there is no spark on plugs 1-3-5. Anybody know what the fix is, maybe new power packs or stator?

Thoughts?

More than likely switchbox, but possibly trigger. Try switching trigger leads and see if problem follows. If it is switchbox would reccomend replacing both at the same time.
