Anderson's Lodge

Recommended Posts

My wife and I just booked a week at Anderson's Lodge. This is our first trip into Canada. What should we expect from the fishing and accomidations? Any comments or suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks

I have been there many times over the last 13 years and you will not be dissapointed at all. Good service, good food, and a well run camp. They have changed their boats to stanley and I personally did not care for them, but they are roomy and the guides do know where the fish are.

I know the staff very well at Anderson's. Have never stayed at the main Lodge, but used them for a Fly In. I know others who have used them as well. Customer service is top notch. You pay a bit more, but they take care of the little things that other outfitters/lodges do not. I think it's a great choice for you and your wife. If fishing is slow at the main camp, pay for a guide. I see Anderson's guide boats all the time near their fly in outposts.
